Come early for a good spot and listen to Jared as he welcomes guests with holiday selections.<br /><br />The park opens for visitors at 6:30 p.m., and the program begins at 7:00. Mayor Steve Terrell will officially light the Christmas tree moments before Jared’s second segment of the program. Come for free hot chocolate, a showing of The Grinch Who Stole Christmas, and watch as Santa Claus comes to town. It’s all at the Allen Civic Plaza, and it’s all free!Jared A.
